We built Closera because we got tired of agencies that win whether you do or not.
Closera comes out of GreenWire Media, where we've served 437+ businesses and seen the same thing over and over: agencies charging retainers for effort, not results. We'd also spent three years quietly running lead generation for a single partner, paid only when deals closed, and watched how different the relationship is when the agency only eats when the client eats. Closera is that model, made deliberate.
The philosophy
Incentives decide everything.
When an agency is paid a retainer, its incentive is to keep you paying. When an agency is paid on closed deals, its incentive is to get you closed deals. That's the whole idea. It's also why we're selective: if we only earn when you win, we can only afford to work with businesses we're genuinely confident we can win for. Saying no to the wrong clients is how we say yes properly to the right ones.
